When you grow up in a restaurant, when you feel your heart filling with joy seeing your guests happy and satisfied, but especially coming back each time as enthusiastic as the first time, you get addicted to it, to this satisfaction. And you know that you cannot live without it. You know that this is your destiny.

What represents us?
We wanted DOR to be both a trip to the culinary past of each and every one of us, combined with the newest trends in gastronomy – starting with the platings and ending up with flavor combinations, diversity of ingredients and, why not, colours. And we managed to do that throughout an interior design which combines rustic and modern elements and by improving and changing the looks of classic or traditional dishes. We keep the main ingredients, but we are reinterpreting the mix of flavors and tastes that contours each product, in order to carry on the story of the traditional cuisine in a presentation which rises to the most sophisticated expectations.
We are doing our best to use ingredients as natural as possible. We know that greens and vegetables are vital when it comes to a tasty dish. And that's why, for ensuring us a continuous flow of fresh ingredients, we are harvesting our own garden. Also, around 70% of the ingredients we use are bought form trusty locals, who provide us not only with fruits and vegetables, but also with milk, egs, cheese and sometimes even meat. Therefore, not only that we guarantee our guests best quality meals, but we also support natural, local basic food production.
